As we pull into the middle of the Arena Challenge, we’re really starting to see the differences in how our contestants approach their warbands. While some continue to steadily add a few models at a time, others have almost finished their entire collection. Still others are approaching it with a batch painting method, with plenty of WIPs to show (works in progress), but less finished models. None of these ways are more correct than others (though some reward more hobby Glory points). It’s all about what works best for you as a painter and flows with your process.
To see the full rules and guidelines for the Arena Challenge you can check out our first instalment. As a quick reminder, though, unlike a normal campaign of Trench Crusade, the only way for our participants to earn Glory points to spend on upgrades and mercenaries is with the Hobby Glorious Deeds table below. This is something we’ll be keeping track of for you (and them) during each instalment.
