Historical: Light Imperial Khaki

History's Seal of Approval

Warpaints Historical is a revolutionary range created for historical miniature painting, delivering a level of authenticity never before seen in wargaming. Developed in collaboration with renowned World War II historian Dr. Stephen Bull, these are the world’s first-ever historian-approved miniature paints, setting a new standard for historical accuracy.

This colour is part of the WWII Imperial Japanese collection, featuring historically researched tones inspired by the uniforms, equipment, and weapons used by Japanese ground forces across Asia and the Pacific. Whether expanding your existing palette or selecting individual colours, every Warpaints Historical paint combines authentic, era-appropriate colour with the high-performance Warpaints Fanatic formulation for smooth application, exceptional coverage, and reliable results.

Beyond historical wargaming, these versatile colours are equally at home on fantasy and sci-fi miniatures, terrain, vehicles, and dioramas.
