Tens of thousands of gaming nerds are about to descend upon Indianapolis for Gen Con—including us. That's right, The Army Painter is returning to this legendary convention for tabletop gamers of all stripes. Whatever form your hobby takes, be it painting miniatures, rolling dice, or trying out new board or card games, Gen Con has a packed schedule and vendor hall to fill your days. The first stop on your list should be to see The Army Painter; we have some surprises up our sleeves for Gen Con 2025.
Booth Hustle & Bustle
First things first: find The Army Painter at booth 2857 in Entrepreneur Alley.

If you've been waiting to buy the John Blanche Masterclass sets or pick up the historian-approved Warpaints Historical sets, now's your time. Need to round out your Warpaints Air collection with a few necessary colours or pick up some Speedpaint Metallics? We'll have our entire range of paints and hobby supplies for sale. The Army Painter's inimitable Events Team—Caleb, Kat, and Tim—will be at the ready to answer questions and provide any guidance you may need, whether you're a first-time painter or an experienced vet. Plus, Caleb will be offering in-booth demos and 1:1 instruction.
The Army Painter booth also has quite the star-studded line-up at Gen Con in addition to the Events Team. We'll be hosting our founder Bo Penstoft, CEO Henning Nielsen, sales manager Oliver Løvendal, and brand manager Adam Abramowicz. The only person missing is DipIt. Maybe next year.
Stop by and share your thoughts, feedback, and work with us. We know you have photos of your painted minis on your phones, and we want to see them—show them off to us like your minis are your pets or grandkids.
Event Exclusive

Look, most of us could stand to do a better job cleaning our painting brushes. That’s where the Scrubby Cup comes in. Made in collaboration with Game Envy, this collapsible water pot with a removable scrubby bottom is available in-person only at the convention. We sold out of the Scrubby Cup at Origins Game Fair, so if you have your hobby heart set on one, stop by and shop early at Gen Con.
A Product Reveal You Can Feel
Wanted: Curious Painters With a Fast Draw
We’ve saved the best for last. For the first time ever, convention attendees will get to experience a product reveal before anyone else. The Army Painter will announce something speedy, something felt, something… you’ll have to come by our booth to learn more.

But if you can’t wait until then, tune into our channels on July 30th for a hint about what we have cooking.
Okay, one more thing: keep your eyes peeled for a Gen Con collaboration with Infinity.
We’re sponsoring the Miniature Hobby Events at Gen Con with paint and supplies. The Army Painter is also sponsoring a paint set for each Best in Category Winner for the paint competition—get details here.
Gen Con takes place at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium on July 31st-August 3rd. Get your hobby on and come visit us.
