TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ARMY PAINTER GIFT CARD
These terms and conditions (“Gift Card Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for purchasing, using, exchanging, and refunding electronic gift cards (“gift cards”) for The Army Painter. The Gift Card Terms and Conditions form part of our general Terms and Conditions, and the defined terms have the meaning stated in the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and Conditions and the Gift Card Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
Please read the Gift Card Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important information.
1. Values of a gift card:
The minimum value per gift card you can purchase is €20, and the maximum value per gift card is €250. You can pay for gift cards using all payment methods except BUY NOW PAY LATER (BNPL), such as Klarna, the payment will be withdrawn from your account immediately.
2. Using your gift card:
Gift cards can only be purchased and used for online orders at https://thearmypainter.com. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided at checkout and contain a code that must be redeemed. The gift card codes are unique and can be redeemed by anyone who has access to it. You are responsible for keeping the code safe and confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized use.
We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly provided email address. If you do not receive the gift card email shortly after purchase, please contact customer support at weborder@thearmypainter.com.
PLEASE TREAT GIFT CARDS LIKE CASH. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED, AND YOU WILL LOSE THE FUNDS ON THEM. The gift card may be covered by mandatory rules. Under the Danish Payment Services Act, the holder of the gift card may request payout of the remaining balance (up to the nominal value) during the validity period and for up to 1 year after expiry (or for any longer period required by other mandatory law). Such payout is subject to a fee of 50 DKK.
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase of the gift card, provided that the gift card has not been redeemed. To withdraw, please contact customer support at weborder@thearmypainter.com. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If your purchase is less than the amount on your gift card, no cash will be given back, but any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the amount on the gift card, you must pay the difference. If you use a gift card as partial payment for a purchase and later return the item, the gift card will be refunded first, and the remaining balance will be refunded via the other payment method originally used. The balance on your gift card is updated after each transaction where the gift card is used. Discount codes or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
3. When does the gift card expire?
Gift cards expire 2 years after the date of purchase.
4. Changes to these Terms and Conditions:
The Army Painter reserves the right to change these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Gift Card Terms and Conditions will be available here.
