Chris "Peachy" Peach
I'm Peachy of Peachy Tips - the best looking bald guy on the painting scene... well in my town at least.
I've been aware of The Army Painter for many years and have used their products on plenty of occasions, but getting the opportunity to work with these folks more closely has been a real honour. It became evident to me that not only do they make great hobby products, but they're all genuinely lovely folks, and reached out to me to offer support way before I'd even set up a painting channel, let alone launched one. That's a lot of support and faith in me!
Though they make a whole host of great products, below are some of my favourites.
"I am a huge fan of the all the Washes, with Warpaints Fanatic Wash Strong Tone being my utmost favourite, as I shade the living daylights out of most of my miniatures. The finish is nice and matte too!"
Warpaints Fanatic Wash: Strong Tone
The Warpaints Fanatic Wash: Strong Tone is a dark brown wash for applying a shade and reinforcing details on your miniature.
"I also really like the Magenta Flexible Triad. Magenta has always been a favourite colour of mine, and I've found it hard to find good ones, but not with The Army Painter!
Diabolic Plum being my favourite of the lot, but its hard picking your favourites amongst a sea of incredible tones and hues."
Flexible Triad: Magentas
- 6 x 18ml Warpaints Fanatic acrylic paint
- Perfect for magical effects, vibrant flowers, and fantastical creatures
- Makes colour choice easy
- Flexible Colour Triad with six colours ranging from deep and dark, to bright and light
"Lastly, the Wargamer: Small Drybrush is the most used brush in my arsenal, closely followed by the Wargamer: Character Brush!"
Wargamer Brush: Small Drybrush
This is a very popular brush and as its bigger brother, this spectacular drybrush has a 43 degree angle cut to make it no less than perfect for drybrushing small miniatures.
The size of this brush is designed for drybrushing areas of a model, like chainmail or a weapon - and not neccessarily the whole model at once.
