How to clean and store brushes

Treat your brush right and they will last!

You must never underestimate the importance of treating, cleaning, and storing your brushes the right way. It will save you a ton of money in the long run by reducing the risk of worn and damaged brushes.

With good care and treatment your brushes will last you a lifetime and to achieve that we recommend you follow these easy and simple instructions on how to treat your brush:

1. First of all, when using your brush only fill the tip of the brush with paint (be careful not to overload) as overloading will cause excess paint to get stuck at the base of your brush, and make the cleaning process harder.

2. When you are done painting, clean your brush in cold water immediately after use to avoid paint drying up as it will ruin the bristles.

3. Lastly, always store your brushes with the tip up, if possible, or else vertically to avoid bending of the bristles. By treating your brushes right, you prolong the lifetime of your hobby brushes and therefore also ensure their quality lasts.
